Fluorescent sockets are fixed onto socket mounts or "standoffs" allowing clearance for connecting wires to pass underneath. Standoffs are then fastened onto the canopy keeping the lamp securely in place. Standoffs are predrilled to fit the moisture resistant sockets.

Heavy Duty ceramic Metal Halide mogul base socket prewired with 8ft cord. Socket base has predrilled holes for easy mounting. Cord end has quick connect fitting that connects into PFO electronic and tar halide ballasts. This socket is UL listed and rated for up to 1000 watts.
